Guidelines

  • Earn points throughout the year: August – July
  • Winner crowned in July
  • Winner receives $50 gift card to Keystone Homebrew
  • If brewing as a team for any part, a ‘team captain’ must be established to receive the points
  • Check in with Chris Speece to submit scoring opportunities

  • War of the Worts
  • Malt Madness
  • Monk Melee

In-Club

  • Iron Brewer, Rounds 1-3
  • Big Brew Day
  • Label Challenge Bonus Points at Holiday Party (Dec Meeting)

Scoring

BJCP Competitions

Points aren’t cumulative within a competition.

Brewers will earn points up to their highest medal won in each competition.

  • Entry: 5
  • Bronze: 10
  • Silver: 15
  • Gold: 20
  • Any BOS: 35

Iron Brewer

  • Entry: 5
  • Win flight: +10
  • Crowned Iron Brewer: +30

Big Brew Day

  • Entry: 5
  • Win Club’s Vote: +10
  • Win Iron Hill’s Vote: +20

Label Design Challenge

  • Occurs at December Meeting during Holiday Party Bottle Exchange
  • Open Voting: 1 point per vote
